Gingivitis (gum inflammation) usually precedes periodontitis (gum disease). However, it is important to know that not all gingivitis progresses to periodontitis. Even if you don’t notice any symptoms, you may still have some degree of gum disease. In some people, gum disease may affect only certain teeth, such as the molars. Only a dentist can recognize and determine the progression of gum disease. Treatments consist of regular cleanings, deep cleanings, and or localized antibiotic therapy if needed. Regular maintenance(prophy) is the key to long term health of your soft tissues (gums).Non surgical treatment of gum disease (periodontitis).

Teens reveal their best smile through a unique treatment developed just for them, while adults get the smile they’ve always imagined without putting their lives on hold. Your Invisalign® clear aligners are custom-made for you. The aligners are virtually invisible and fit snugly over your teeth. Each aligner shifts your teeth slightly, moving them horizontally and vertically and even rotating them when needed. Your aligners are engineered to use the right amount of force in the right place at the right time. When you change to the next set of aligners (typically every week) your teeth gradually move into position, following a custom treatment plan mapped out by your doctor. Only Invisalign clear aligners are made of proprietary, multilayer SmartTrack® material to gently shift your teeth into place.
